Hey! Just a reminder that you will receive your order anywhere from 3-4 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to three days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.). Please note: At this time Saturday delivery is not available.
PO BOXES, APO/EPO & U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Unfortunately, due to certain trademark, labeling, product content and embargo restrictions, we currently do not ship all products available on our website(s) to all countries. If you have a restricted item in your tote, you will receive a message during checkout that lists the restricted item along with specific instructions to remove the item from your tote or to change the shipping method or address if applicable.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments as well as PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers. Note, your account will not be charged until your order actually ships.
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
Need to make a return? We've got you. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, product details, and reason for your return within 30 days of receiving your order. After emailing our customer service team, mail the item(s) you are returning along with a note indicating your order number for reference to the return address below. Once we receive your return, we’ll refund your original form of payment, less any shipping costs.
